The problem 01
「Fully booked, but no profit left」
Occupancy is above 90%. Staff work without a break, and housekeeping is stretched thin every day. Yet when you look at the month-end numbers, only a sliver of profit remains — plenty of properties have quietly let "busy" and "profitable" become two different things. In most cases, the cause isn't sales effort but price. A property that stays full is also proof that it's priced too far below the market.
The KYOFLOW approach
First we open the booking data together and make visible who is staying, when, at what price, and through which channel. Then we redesign the rate structure around profit rather than occupancy, right down to operating rules by season, day of week, and lead time. We never raise rates all at once. We build the basis, test as we go, and make the change stick.
