First, tell us where things stand and what's on your mind. Online or in Kyoto, about 30 minutes. No pitch. There's no fee at this stage.

02Analysis and proposal

We look at your data and your floor, then lay out the structure of the problem and the direction of the response. If we judge that we can't help, we'll tell you honestly, with our reasons and an alternative.

03Working alongside you

In execution, we don't leave a report and walk away — we get on the floor and move things with you. Where specialist hands are needed, we build a team of trusted specialists, with KYOFLOW as the single point of contact accountable for the whole.
